■ Procedures and Methods of Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, once the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been fulfilled, the Company will promptly destroy the relevant information.
The procedures and methods of destruction are as follows:
ο Destruction procedures
- Information entered by users for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper documents)
and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (see retention and use period), after which it is destroyed.
- Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any other purpose, except as required by law.
