The Solid offers easy access to Haeundae’s diverse attractions.
One of Korea’s largest beaches and a landmark destination representing Busan. With its 1.5km stretch of wide white sand and emerald-blue waters, it is one of Busan’s most popular tourist attractions. Its beautiful night views also offer a special experience both day and night.
A small island located at the western end of Haeundae Beach, featuring clusters of camellia trees and scenic walking trails through beautiful pine forests. At the top of the island stands Nurimaru APEC House, the venue of the 2005 APEC Summit, adding historical significance to the site.
A complex cultural space featuring cafés, restaurants, and terraces set against the backdrop of Haeundae Marina. With its exotic atmosphere created by yachts and the sea, it is considered one of Busan’s best night view spots and is also famous as a photo destination.
A coastal attraction built along the former Donghae Nambu Line railway, which was discontinued in 2013. Visitors can enjoy the Beach Train running along the 4.8km coastline from Mipo to Songjeong, as well as the Sky Capsule, which offers ocean views from an elevated rail 7 to 10 meters above the ground.
A traditional market located right next to Haeundae Beach, where visitors can enjoy a wide variety of Busan’s representative foods such as seed hotteok, fish cakes, raw fish, and pork soup at reasonable prices. It is a lively market loved by both locals and travelers.
A large-scale aquarium where visitors can encounter more than 250 species of marine life. With large tanks and transparent tunnels spread across three floors, guests can observe sharks, rays, and various sea creatures up close, making it especially popular among family travelers.
A newly opened attraction in Haeundae, launched in July 2024. True to its name, meaning “a scenic view where the sun and moon can be seen together,” the observatory offers both sunrise and sunset views, along with a 360-degree panoramic view of Busan’s open sea from its circular deck.
The official venue of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), this complex cultural space is known for having one of the world’s largest cantilever roofs. It features an outdoor theater, Haneulyeon Theater, and medium-sized theaters, hosting various performances and film screenings throughout the year.
