Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to set forth the terms, conditions, and procedures for the use of services provided on the website (http://thesolidstay.com/) operated by The Solid Co., Ltd..
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
① Member: An individual who has provided basic membership information, entered into a service use agreement with the company, and has been assigned a User ID.
② ID (User Identification): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the company for identification and service usage.
③ Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their personal information in online communication.
④ Termination: The act of ending the service agreement by either the company or the member.
Article 3 (Publication, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms)
① These Terms and Conditions are published on the membership sign-up page, and may be amended if deemed necessary due to operational or legal reasons. Any amendments will be announced through the notice section.
② Any changes to the Terms shall take effect once made publicly available to users.
Article 4 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Terms and Conditions Regulation Act, and other applicable laws.
Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Application for Use)
① Applicants may apply for service use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and completing the registration form, then clicking the 'Confirm' button.
② Applicants must use their real name and accurate information. Only one membership registration is allowed per date of birth.
③ Users who provide false or inaccurate information may not receive legal protection and may face restrictions in using the service.
Article 6 (Acceptance of Application)
① The company shall, in principle, accept service use applications unless exceptions under paragraphs 2 and 3 apply.
② The company may defer approval in the following cases:
a. When there is insufficient capacity in the service system
b. When technical difficulties exist
c. When deemed necessary due to company circumstances
③ The company may reject applications in the following cases:
a. When applied under another person's name
b. When false information was entered
c. When applied for purposes violating public morals or social order
d. When application requirements set by the company are not met
Chapter 3. Obligations of Parties
Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
① The company shall strive to provide stable and continuous services.
② The company shall promptly address valid complaints or concerns raised by users. If immediate action is difficult, the company shall notify the user via announcements or e-mail.
③ Exceptions apply in cases requested by investigative agencies, regulatory bodies, or when required by law.
Article 8 (Obligations of Users)
① Users shall comply with these Terms, company announcements, and service guidelines, and shall not interfere with the company's operations.
② Users may not conduct any commercial activity on the website without prior approval from the company.
③ Users may not copy, reproduce, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, or provide any information obtained from the site to third parties without prior consent from the company.
Chapter 4. Service Use and Provision
Article 9 (Use of Services)
① Users shall use the site in accordance with these Terms.
② Any matters not specified in these Terms shall follow company announcements or separate notices.
Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The company may provide various information deemed necessary to users through e-mail or other written means.
Article 11 (Advertisements)
① The company may display advertisements on the website, service screens, or via e-mail.
② The company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from transactions between users and advertisers.
Article 12 (Service Restrictions)
The company may restrict service use in the following cases:
① When activities violate public order or morals
② When activities relate to criminal behavior
③ When defaming others or disrupting others’ service use
④ When sending unsolicited messages or advertisements
⑤ When distributing viruses or disrupting service operations
⑥ When infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
⑦ When unauthorized use of another user’s ID or password occurs
⑧ When violating laws or deemed inappropriate by the company
Article 13 (Service Suspension)
The company may temporarily suspend services in the following cases:
① Service disruption due to ISP or telecommunication company issues
② Service disruption due to power outage
③ Maintenance or relocation of facilities
④ System failure or excessive traffic
⑤ National emergencies or disasters
Article 14 (Management of Posted Materials)
The company may remove, move, or refuse content deemed to violate Article 12.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
The company is not responsible for illegal activities conducted by users, including hacking, unauthorized software distribution, advertisements, or any commercial behaviors without written permission.
Chapter 5. Orders and Payments
Article 16 (Payment Methods)
Members may pay for products using prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods approved by the company. No additional fees shall be charged.
① Upon purchase request, the company shall provide confirmation via notification or dashboard.
② After receiving the confirmation, the user may request cancellation or changes before shipment. If payment is already made, Article 18 applies.
Article 17 (Shipping Policy)
① Unless agreed otherwise, the company shall take necessary steps to deliver products within 7 days from purchase confirmation.
② The company shall clearly display delivery methods, costs, and timelines. The company is liable for damages if delivery is delayed, unless non-negligence is proven.
Article 18 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
If the product cannot be provided, the company shall notify the user and refund within 3 business days.
① If cancellation occurs before shipment, payment approval shall be canceled.
② Cancellations after shipment are not allowed, except in cases of damage due to company negligence.
Chapter 6. Miscellaneous
Article 19 (Disclaimer and Compensation)
① The company is not liable in cases of service disruption due to force majeure events.
② The company shall not be responsible for disputes between users or with third parties.
③ The company does not guarantee the accuracy of posted content and users shall use the service at their own responsibility.
④ Users are responsible for any damages caused by content they upload or send.
⑤ Users are responsible for managing their ID and password.
⑥ Users who violate these Terms must compensate the company for related damages.
Article 20 (Consent for Personal Credit Information Use)
The company shall obtain consent before providing user credit information to institutions in accordance with the Credit Information Act.
Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)
① The company and users shall make efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
② If unable to resolve, jurisdiction lies with the court having authority over the company's headquarters.
